WE ARE HER PROJECT

Për projektin "We Are Her", ne po kërkojmë të identifikojmë dhe të angazhojmë 20 ambasadorë të rinj për të krijuar një rrjet kompakt. Ambasadorёt do marrin pjesё nё takime, workshope dhe aktivitete lokale, tё cilat mund tё bёhen online dhe/ose fizikisht.Çdo ambasador do të luajë një rol kyç në promovimin e qëllimeve dhe vizionit të projektit dhe në nxitjen e pjesëmarrjes së komunitetit. Nëpërmjet angazhimit të tyre, ata do të ndihmojnë në ndërtimin e një mjedisi mbështetës për gra dhe vajza në komunitetin tonë. 

Qёllimi i projektit ёshtё qё nё kordinim me politikat e BE-sё tё fuqizojё gratё, vajzat dhe tё rinjtё “qё tё pёrdorin plotёsisht tё drejtat e tyre dhe tё rrisin pjesёmarrjen e tyre nё nё jetёn politike, ekonomike dhe kulturore”  duke adresuar shkaqet strukturore tё pabarazisё gjinore si diskriminim me bazё gjinore nё rajone tё ndryshme tё botёs. 

For the We Are Her project, we are looking to identify and engage 20 new ambassadors to create a compact network. Ambassadors will participate in meetings, workshops and local activities, which can be done online and/or physically. Each ambassador will play a key role in promoting the goals and vision of the project and in encouraging community participation. Through their commitment, they will help build a supportive environment for women and girls in our community. 

The aim of the project is, in line with the EU policies to contribute to the empowerment of women, girls and young people to "fully use their rights and increase their participation in political, economic and cultural life" by addressing the structural causes of gender inequality as well as gender-based discrimination in different and diverse regions of the world.

‘To Train is To Transform The Future’ ,  Milówka, Poland

Within the project ‘To Train is To Transform The Future’, in which SIFD is the Project Partner Organization, we are looking for participants in the ‘Training of trainers on experiential learning’, 8-17.04.2024 Milówka, Poland and we are  looking for 3 Participants from Albania. 

 The main goal of the project is to increase the quality of youth work by equipping youth workers (coordinators, facilitators, mentors, educators, teachers, etc.) with competencies in the experiential learning process. It aims at building capacity among youth organizations to deliver quality educational programs in their communities and to increase the learning outcomes that young people are taking out from their activities.

Call for Participants
- Young people from the European Union and neighboring countries have, in present times, multiple options to be involved in a growing number of informal groups, associations, organizations, foundations, etc. (at local, national or international levels) in different capacities:
- Volunteers, support staff, active members, etc.
- Working directly with various methods (theatre, video, photos, music, animation, living library, street techniques, etc.)
- With different roles in projects
- Taking part in workshops/trainings on diverse themes and subjects (local or international) or leading themselves in learning processes for their peers
- Are taking an active role in the life of their communities (by campaigning, participating in the decision-making process etc.).

Calling for Albanian volunteers- Active Europe, POLAND

POLITES Association is organizing a long-term ESC individual volunteering project that will take place in Szczecin, Poland - 10 months between September 2023 and July 2024. Our long term ESC project is concentrated on developing 8 key competences while doing various volunteer activities - working with kids, supporting the work of Regional Volunteer Centre and local nongovernmental organizations. The aim of the project is, for you, to gain and strengthen mentioned competences and to promote voluntary service as an interesting way of spending free time.

VOLUNTEERING POSSIBILITIES

• 1.       17 volunteers in 4 kindergartens support the staff in taking care of the kids/ teaching basic skills, teaches basics of the native language, organizes and leads activities designed to promote physical, mental, and social development by games, arts, crafts, music, storytelling, events
• 2.       4 volunteers support Regional Volunteering Centre and its programmes Big Brother Big Sister and Emergency Teaching, administrate our Social Media, prepare posters/ flyers, promote the idea of ESC, write reports, organize courses of native language/ workshops, cultural events, cooperate with local schools.
